He also attended and received certification in negotiation from Harvard Law School (2023).

A recognized authority on workplace law, he has provided expert analysis for leading global media outlets across Asia, Europe, North America, and beyond covering pivotal issues such as COVID-19 workplace policies, vaccination rights, return-to-office mandates, and other landmark employment matters.
Adam is also the founder of www.employerslawyer.ca, a platform dedicated to empowering employers with practical legal insights. Through his Instagram account he shares commentary on workplace culture, legal trends, and the human side of law.
